Simple and straight forward recipe (though can be a bit time consuming due to having to shape each meatball) yet for the effort, its such a great dish that absolutely is worth the effort
Expect to sink about an hour into this with about a kilo of meat
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 50/50 ground pork and beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Allspice
- Nutmeg
- Garlic powder
- Finely ground breadcrumbs
- Egg
Swedish Meatballs
Mix meat and seasoning in a bowl, mix it well and thoroughly with the eggs. This makes sure its ready to be shaped into meatballs
Make meatballs out of them
